SERJ, artistic name of Sérgio Carrola Rocha, born in Lisbon and his passion for music has a long history. He attended music lessons from an early age, among which he acquired knowledge in some instruments like flute and keyboard. Electronic music was love at first sight introduced in his life by one of his main idols Jean Michael Jarre. At the same time, his passion for technology also persisted, which led him to take a master's degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering, an area in which he also works. His fascination with djing and music production led him to take the Professional DJ course at the I4DJ training center where he had as his mentor Dj Paulo Di-Light and where he managed to improve his knowledge and technique. Currently he is inspired by artists such as Axwell, Sebastian Ingrosso, Steve Angello, Alesso, Armin Van Burren, Above & Beyond, Black Coffee, Eric Prydz among others.
